Sonic Wiz | Terms & Conditions

1. User Accounts

1.1. To access Sonic Wiz, users must create an account by providing their email address, first name, last name, and job title.

1.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

1.3. Sonic Wiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1. Sonic Wiz operates on an enterprise subscription model with annual payments made at the start of each subscription period.

2.2. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period begins.

2.3. Users must provide notice of cancellation at least three (3) months prior to the end of the current subscription period to avoid automatic renewal.

3. Content Ownership and Usage

3.1. Generated content ownership is shared between Sonic Wiz and the user.

3.2. Users are granted an ongoing license to use the generated music content as long as the subscription remains active.

3.3. Usage rights will expire upon termination of the subscription or failure to renew.

4. Content Guidelines

4.1. Users may create content without restrictions, provided it adheres to applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. Sonic Wiz is committed to protecting user data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Service Availability

6.1. While Sonic Wiz strives to provide uninterrupted service, no Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guarantee of availability is provided.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1. Users must notify Sonic Wiz at least three (3) months before the end of the current subscription period if they wish to cancel their subscription.

7.2. No refunds will be issued once the subscription period has started, even if the service is canceled mid-term.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Sonic Wiz shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.

8.2. In no event shall Sonic Wiz's total liability exceed the subscription fees paid by the user for the current period.

9. Modifications to Terms

9.1. Sonic Wiz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform.

9.2. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of France.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
